We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative. You'll be responsible for servicing members and potential members in a contact center environment via phone calls. You will provide quality service on transactions and problem resolution. You'll educate members on the benefits of appropriate products or services that align with their financial needs. You will provide basic guidance for online and mobile banking navigation, including payment portal needs. You'll assists with general knowledge for in-person transactions and branch location options.

To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of similar or related call center or financial institution experience. This position is one part member service and one part problem-solving. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring strong interpersonal skills, a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience providing a high level of member service in a call center environment.
  • Assists existing and potential members with telephone requests.
  • Answers questions regarding services and products to resolve problems. Involves management in problem resolution when necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations, policy, controls, and security procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department
  • Experience in multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, cross-selling, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.

Positions starting at $18.00 per hour

Call Center Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. Saturday 8:00-3:00pm.
