Summit Consulting, LLC, is a firm specializing in Federal Transaction Advisory Services with an emphasis on infrastructure and industrial finance. We are currently expanding our transaction advisory team and have an opportunity for a full-time manager to join the company. The Manager will work across sectors in the areas of corporate, project, and public finance to assist Federal agencies support the financing of infrastructure and industrial policy priorities.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Evaluate Federal loan program applicant's creditworthiness;
- Support the development and analysis of creative financial structures that blend private sector capital with Federal grant and loan assistance
- Develop complex financial models to support the analysis and monitoring of highly structure project financings
- Drafts credit approval memoranda and risk analyses to support grant and loan approval processes.
- Assist clients in the negotiation of terms and conditions for credit assistance. Document the technical details of analysis to facilitate collaboration with other team members, ensure quality control, and inform policy makers.
- A master's degree in business administration or equivalent with specific experience in project finance and 3+ years of related experience.
