JOB SUMMARY

Ready to make an impact? As an Inside Sales Account Representative at iTradeNetwork, you’ll be a key player on our sales team, helping fuel growth and build long-term relationships with our clients. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, driven, and thrives on solving real-world challenges. If you love connecting with people, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that make a difference, this is the role for you


You’ll be responsible for guiding leads through the entire sales journey—from discovery to demo to close—with support from an awesome team. Your input will help shape how we improve our sales processes and strategies, and you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Sales Leadership. Together, we’ll create exceptional experiences for our customers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Crush your monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals (and be rewarded for it).
  • Drive the sales process—from lead qualification to close—and find ways to make it even better.
  • Dive deep into iTradeNetwork’s value proposition to deliver real solutions to real problems.
  • Actively listen to your customers, understand their goals and pain points, and align iTrade’s solutions to help them succeed.
  • Handle objections like a pro—whether it’s through calls, emails, or meetings.
  • Share your insights with leadership to shape strategies and processes.
  • Team up with cross-functional account teams (think: SDRs, Product Managers, Solutions Consultants) to drive success.
  • Stay on top of your game by keeping forecasts accurate and keeping our CRM (Salesforce) updated.
  • Key Focus: Expand our SMB supplier base, convert manual processes to iTrade solutions, and grow existing customer relationships. Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively, and make sure each touchpoint is optimized for growth.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in sales, especially if you’ve dabbled in SaaS or B2B (bonus points).
  • A passion for learning, growing, and leading sales cycles from start to finish.
  • A killer work ethic and a proven track record of getting things done.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to handle challenges with a smile.
  • High emotional intelligence and good judgment—you’re great at reading people and situations.
  • Comfort with outbound outreach to generate new leads and build your pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to tell a story and connect with your audience.
  • You’re ambitious, driven, and always looking to level up—whether through work or extracurriculars (volunteer work, sports, side hustles, etc.).
  • You’ve got a sense of humor, you’re humble, and you thrive in a collaborative team.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred, but if you’ve got the skills and hustle, we want to hear from you.
