Responsibilities:

  • Assist Service Advisors with transportation of customers to and from dealership in a safe and timely manner and follow all safety laws and protocols while operating shuttle vehicle.
  • Greet customers and provide them with exceptional customer service
  • Assist with basic vehicle task such as refueling, washing, and topping off fluids
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner
  • Ensure the service and body shop  department is clean and organized at all times
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background check 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
