Apply today and Walk-In Wednesday for your Interview When: Every Wednesday Time: 11am - 4pm Location: Turtle Cay Resort - 600 Atlantic Ave., Virginia Beach, VA. 23451 When you arrive, ask for: Cheryl Bright or David Dickinson We are currently hiring for the following positions: * Housekeepers * Housekeeping Supervisor Why do Team Members Like Working for us: * Day 1 Benefit Eligibility * Daily Pay* * Competitive base pay * Recognition Programs and Rewards * Discounted hotel rates worldwide * 401(k) program with company match. * Paid Time Off * Paid Sick Days * Employee stock purchase program * Tuition reimbursement programs * Numerous learning and advancement opportunities Housekeeper Responsibilities Include: * Clean all assigned units, offices, and public areas in compliance with all standards of quality and efficiency and promptly turn in all lost and found items after being accurately tagged and identified * Report any maintenance problems, damage or missing items to accurate housekeeping personnel * Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance * Assist management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies * Other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping managemen Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees. * Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk. * Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met. * Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness. * Displays professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct. * Ensures the hotel complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA.
