The Supervisor ensures that full registration protocols are followed and is the first escalation point to customer service concerns. Duties Conduct morning huddlesEscalate scheduling or clinical concerns during the FPP ops huddleAudit access center staff to ensure they follow Ambulatory Access Guidelines and NAHAM full registration protocolsMonitor referrals from Federally Qualified Health Center partnersReport outstanding referrals to division Chiefs and Access Center DirectorWorking with schedulers to manage and reduce pre‑registration denials by following NAHAM Access standardsMonitor Sharpen Access DashboardsConduct training for entry level registration and scheduling staffTrack KPIs for the Access Team Qualifications Education: High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree, CHAA or CPC certification or equivalent preferred. Experience: 3‑5 years in an Academic Medical Center; 1‑2 years supervisory or team lead experience in an Academic Medical Center. Certification: National Association of Health Care Access Management (NAHAM) CHAA or CHAM eligible. Compliance Salary Range Disclosure Expected Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000.
