The Supervisor ensures that full registration protocols are followed. The Supervisor is the first escalation point to customer service concerns.DutiesConduct morning huddlesEscalate scheduling or clinical concerns during the FPP ops huddleAudit access center staff to ensure they follow Ambulatory Access Guidelines and NAHAM full registration protocolsMonitor referrals from Federally Qualified Health Center partnersReport outstanding referrals to division Chiefs and Access Center DirectorWorking with schedulers to manage and reduce pre-registration denials by following NAHAM Access standardsMonitor Sharpen Access DashboardsConduct training for entry level registration and scheduling staffTrack KPIs for the Access TeamQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma Required.
