Job Description Allied Universal is currently hiring a Regional Vice President. The Regional Vice President partners with the President of the Region to lead all strategic and operational functions for multiple branch locations and client sites throughout a designated territory. As a senior leader you will develop and retain profitable business growth by delivering world-class service to all clients. Responsibilities Caring Leadership, Client Engagement and Operational Oversight: Lead and mentor a team of General and Branch Managers by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional development Travel to client locations and industry events to enhance customer relationships, resolve critical issues, and ensure client and employee satisfaction Deliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically leading the region’s security operations, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPI's using Allied Universal’s Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plans Financial Performance and Growth: Manage your region’s P&L and drive financial performance through budget allocation, revenue growth, profitability, cash collections and expense management; develop strategies and employ tactics with the General Managers and Finance team to achieve all financial targets Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and enterprise accounts teams to identify and close new business development opportunities Qualifications (Must Have) Must possess one of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with ten (10) years of management experience in the service industry Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with twelve (12) years of management experience in the service industry High School diploma with fifteen (15) years of management experience in the service industry Minimum of four (4) years of profit and loss financial management experience Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams Executive leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client’s growth and satisfaction Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client, and industry events Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services experience Benefits Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company’s matching 401(k)plan or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Flex Time Off Plan Closing Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
