As an Account Director at Nectar, you’ll guide accounts, shape innovative strategies, and help grow new business. More than that, you’ll play a key role in shaping the agency’s next chapter alongside colleagues who believe in our mission—and in you. What You Do As an Account Director, you’ll lead high-level strategy across 3–5 tech-focused client teams and play a key role on Nectar’s leadership team. Your work will span: Senior Client Counsel & Communications — Serve as a trusted partner to senior-level clients, offering proactive and responsive counsel, and leading high-stakes presentations and deliverables. Strategic Account Management — Own accounts end-to-end, managing operations, budgets, staffing, and driving media strategy across earned and paid programs. Industry & Category Expertise — Bring fluency in technology PR, guiding internal teams and clients while staying sharp on industry trends, competitors, and business goals. Future-first Approach — Infuse a forward-looking perspective, integrating AI and emerging technologies into tried-and-true PR tactics to create smarter, faster, and more impactful results. Agency Growth — Play an active role in new business, from lead generation and research to creative ideation, pitch decks, and presentations. People Leadership — Mentor and coach team members with empathy, feedback, and humor, building a culture of growth and collaboration.
