The Director of Plant Operations will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, biomedical services, security, and housekeeping across the hospital campus. This role involves setting departmental goals and standards, managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients, managing budgets, and supporting the organization’s mission. This growing department is looking for a leader with previous healthcare experience within plant and operations maintenance.
