OverviewAtlantiCare Regional Medical Center seeks a Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) as part of Vision 2030. Join a rapidly expanding group and collaborate with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic to improve patient outcomes, drive research and education, and foster multidisciplinary cancer care.ResponsibilitiesLead the ENT division, guiding clinical programs, research, and education in alignment with Vision 2030.Provide BE/BC Otolaryngology care; participate in minimally invasive surgery; ensure strong surgical volume and OR time from day one.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital leadership; contribute to program development and patient quality of life improvements.Supervise and work with a current team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers; leverage existing platform resources.QualificationsBoard-certified/board-eligible Otolaryngology (ENT) physicians; leadership role for Division Director.Experience in minimally invasive surgery and multidisciplinary cancer care is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation with RVU-based incentives (guaranteed during growth phase).Directorship stipend, retirement plans, malpractice tail coverage, CME, relocation, comprehensive health benefits, 1:4 call with hospitalists/APs.Generous PTO and PTO-related benefits; NJ Sick Time; relocation assistance and other standard benefits.Equal Opportunity Employer.
