Position: Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ The client is seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead its expanding team as part of the system’s bold Vision 2030 transformation — dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic . Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for a growing ENT division aligned with Vision 2030 goals Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of the ENT department Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques Collaborate with The Cleveland Clinic for interdisciplinary cancer care Utilize 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms to drive innovation in surgical practices Lead and mentor 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers Develop research and educational initiatives with Drexel University Support community outreach to expand access and reduce disparities Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team committed to workforce development Benefit from robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) with APP and hospitalist support Candidate Requirements Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology – REQUIRED Active/unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED BLS and ACLS certifications (current or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED DEA & CSR/CDS certifications (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED Documented malpractice history disclosure – REQUIRED COVID-19 and Flu vaccination compliance – REQUIRED Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive, market-driven compensation with base salary + RVU incentives Directorship stipend in addition to salary Relocation reimbursement available Generous CME allowance + PTO + NJ sick leave 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans with employer contributions Full malpractice coverage with tail insurance Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life & AD&D Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for healthcare/dependent care Access to advanced surgical technology and resources Wellness programs including optional benefits (e.g., pet insurance) Supportive culture promoting work-life balance
