Job Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals. Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department. Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques. Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care. Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced robotic platforms. Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers. Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions. Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access. Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team. Participate in a manageable shared call schedule supported by a collaborative team. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT). Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected. Not open to new graduates or candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Must have experience in leadership roles within a medical practice. License and Certification Requirements Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willingness to obtain). Valid BLS certification. Valid ACLS certification. DEA and CSR/CDS certifications.
