Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:To scale our operations and meet the demands of our customers, the Ericsson US 5G Smart Factory is hiring additional Team Leads for our Final Assembly (FA) Lines. The FA Team Lead will motivate their team, drive production, be organized, and promote safety to produce some of the most sophisticated radios and basebands on the planet. This is the equipment that makes the 5G connection on your phone possible. The chosen candidate must be comfortable with both high volume production and new product introduction.What you will do:Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans in collaboration with the Supervisor.Ensure operator adherence to schedules, quality standards, and work instructions for assembly and test operations, while enabling flexibility and cross-training.Create accurate end-of-shift reports for Production management and Leadership Team.Deliver clear updates on production status during daily calls.Communicate cross-functionally and raise issues through proper channels, including leaders in Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.Mentor and motivate team members, and support Technical Trainers in onboarding for new employees.Document operator performance, resolve conflicts within your line, and act as a backup for Supervisors.Ensure assembly line cleanliness and adherence to 5S principles during shift handovers, and manage product changeovers using provided checklists.Execute non-conforming material processes, and promote and enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.Identify and manage safety issues and emergencies, and lead twice-daily stretches.The skills you bring:High School DiplomaStrong interpersonal skillsClear and effective communicationLeadership, coaching, and motivation abilitiesProactive and quick learnerCommitment to high-quality workSMT/SMA production experienceLeadership/people management experienceTechnical education and computer literacyKnowledge of Electrostatic Discharge precautions Willingness to work overtime/flexible hoursWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you'll have an outstanding opportunity.
