Job Summary:

The Brand & Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand, products and services. This role is instrumental in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting the company's objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ensure property presents and preserves unique brand identity for all external and internal marketing activities;
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives to appeal to targeted audiences;
  • Create and manage special events to drive new customers to property;
  • Create promotions, press releases, social media campaigns to promote new businesses and/or products.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, print collateral, press releases and other advertisements;
  • Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all marketing creative elements;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the effectiveness and innovation of marketing creative;
  • Monitor and project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets;
  • Collaborate with team members to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations;
  • Complies with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls, and all local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop;
  • Previous casino specific software preferred;
  • Knowledge of MS SQL;
  • Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including collaboration;
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (orally and in writing);
  • Must be flexible and be able to work varied schedules to meet business needs;
  • Must be at least 21 years old;
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain New Mexico Gaming Work Permit.
Education and Experience:
  • Business degree with marketing emphasis preferred;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 2 years casino marketing experience
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Regular exposure to bright lights and high noise level;
  • Regularly required to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time;
  • Must be able to occasionally push or pull up to 50 pounds.
