We invite you to apply and join a team of highly skilled, and highly passionate people. What Will You Do? As the Business Planning Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to key functions within the department that will help drive positive changes.
You will use data & analytical storytelling with various cross-functional teams including Customer Engagement, Demand planning, Sales, and Marketing to help outline improvement for business processes and reporting deliverables.
You will be responsible for:Research, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple customer, dealer and internal data sourcesPerform analysis with demand planning and sales to evaluate impact to inventoryHelp manage customer data queue and establish improvement ideas for sustainabilityThis is an internal customer data verification task that ensures we are matching and cross-referencing customer data in our system. Work with the Business Research teams to enhance Power BI dashboards where neededParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsOpportunity to learn more about key business functions through wide range of activities supported by Business Research and Planning team.What Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:Educational program in Business Management, Marketing, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferredCapacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent organizational, task management skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, and change priorities and direction as needed, allowing for optimum effectivenessWhat Can We Give You?At The Toro Company, we are always working to make sure our interns know just how valued they are.
