As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in training and developing new team members, ensuring seamless integration into our systems and processes. This role offers a competitive weekly salary ($70,000-$85,000 1st year average) and opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
• Research new business opportunities through B2B outreach and lead generation
• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
• Daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
• Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community
• Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
• Licensing Requirements:
• Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
• Must have a clean background and own transportation
• 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
