Position Overview We seek a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Experience Manager to join our small team. This dynamic role blends operational support with client engagement, project management and administrative leadership. As the heart of our operations, you’ll ensure the smooth functioning of daily business activities while supporting our mission of sparking lasting positive change in people, and our vision of a world where wellness at work is a source of joy, wonder and personal growth. Key Responsibilities Nurture our relationships with clients, brokers and corporate stakeholders Act as a primary liaison for client communications, delivering timely, professional, and solutions-oriented responses Strategically manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g. LessAnnoyingCRM), ensuring critical client data is accurate, current, and actionable Provide essential support throughout the sales cycle by participating in sales calls, capturing key insights and driving follow-up execution Assist in the creation of client-facing materials, including tailored proposals and presentations that reflect Wunsupona’s high standards of excellence Operations & Project Oversight Assist in oversight of seamless execution of day-to-day business operations Collaborate to help plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact wellness events (on-site and virtual), ensuring every detail reflects our brand values and client expectations Own project timelines and deliverables, proactively managing resources and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives on track Serve as a key point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring consistent service delivery, accountability, and alignment with company goals Assist with timely client invoicing Team & Contractor Support Provide essential support to internal teams and wellness practitioners through effective and timely communication Foster a well-organized, collaborative environment by anticipating needs and removing operational obstacles, enabling the team to thrive Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Industries Health, Wellness & Fitness #J-18808-Ljbffr
