Stauffer Diesel is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to provide hands-on leadership to the team and drive the growth of the company. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, and provide strategic leadership to support the team in achieving sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success both personally and professionally. The ability to foster a collaborative environment, build a cohesive team, and work effectively across departments is essential to the role. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do spirit, and align with the Stauffer Diesel culture of innovation and outstanding customer service.

Sales Manager Position Qualifications:
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience including providing successful leadership to a department/team, required
• An understanding of diesel engines, mechanical engineering, or related industries, a plus, but not required
• Proficiency with technology including MS Office required, ERP systems a plus; Ability to advance technology utilization for efficiencies, strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential
• Demonstrated community involvement, desired
