Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Branch Banking team as a Branch Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving a customer's financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a Unique Customer Experience
    • Participate in proactive sales and service activities to identify referral opportunities and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
    • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive Proactive Sales Conversations
    • Engage in internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
    • Elevate client loyalty by delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
  • Create Customer Loyalty and Grow Share of Wallet
    • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
    • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply Product and Procedural Knowledge
    • Identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
    • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
