To learn more about our company, please visit us at PromptCare In-home Respiratory and Infusion Reports to: Program Delivery Director Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home) Location: Lenexa, KS Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in a related industry Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA, SmartSheets) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within the industry Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Willingness to travel as required by the project needs Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Track project milestones and deliverables Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Other duties as assigned Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
