SUMMARY

Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchens, bar and employee restrooms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following, but not limited to:

? Must be available to work the overnight shift.

? Cleans all floors in the kitchen, bar and wait staff area.

? Washes all floor mats.

? Cleans all equipment nightly.

? Cleans all stainless and sinks.

? Performs specialized cleaning duties nightly.

? Replaces all equipment in their appropriate area.

? Responsible for the cleanliness of the employee restrooms.

? Assists in recycling as per company guidelines.

? Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times.

? Performs shift duties in accurate and timely manner.

? Fully understands all fire and emergency procedures.

? Follows all company policies.

? Maintains good personal hygiene habits.

? Promotes positive guest and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Works in areas of high temperatures and moisture.

? Handles sharp objects.

? Stands and walks 99% of the shift.

? Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

? 1 years experience required in the cleaning industry.
