Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our team at Pala Mesa Resort Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, bar, and employee restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all floors, equipment, and surfaces in the kitchen, bar, and wait staff area.
  • Wash and replace floor mats as needed.
  • Clean and maintain all stainless steel and sinks.
  • Perform specialized cleaning duties nightly, including recycling and waste management.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of employee restrooms.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Ability to work in high-temperature and moisture environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
