HR Systems Analyst- Case Management


12 month contract, high likelihood of extension

$55-65/hr

Hybrid , Seattle WA


We are looking for a results-oriented HR Service Delivery leader with a strong background in Employee Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management solutions. This role requires someone skilled in relationship-building and team development, adept at navigating change, and capable of ensuring projects are delivered with excellence.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR Service Delivery for HCM implementation, focusing on HR Case Management.
  • Design, develop and implement document management workflows on the new platform.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors for data migration, systems integration, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies.
  • Provide technical expertise for process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and IT teams on document management tools.
  • Collaborate across teams to align HR processes with business needs.
  • Document project progress, risks, and resolutions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of IT experience in HR service delivery.
  • Experience with platforms like UKG, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Knowledge of IT automation, APIs, and cloud-based document management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex analysis.
  • Skilled in training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UKG Case Manager, Document Manager, and medium-to-large projects.
  • Familiarity with electronic forms development in service delivery platforms.
