Position Overview We are seeking a driven Senior National Sales Executive to expand our client base and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you will prospect, engage, and close new accounts while maintaining strong ties with existing clients. Success in this position requires a strategic sales approach, industry expertise, and a commitment to exceeding monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions. Sales Execution: Prepare and present quotes, bids, and formal proposals to prospective customers. Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals set by Sales Management. Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and overseas offices to ensure seamless service delivery. Market Expertise: Promote company’s full suite of services, including Import/Export, Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage. Qualifications & Skills Experience: solid experience in freight sales or a related logistics field. Communication: Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus. Self-Motivated: Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet productivity targets. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple clients, departments, and follow-ups. Language Skills: Multilingual abilities are a plus.
