As a Hardware Engineer - you will:

  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
  • Solve the engineering issue timely.
  • Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
  • Manage and guide the transition of products into production.
  • Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Education and Experience: bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
  • Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
  • Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
  • Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
  • Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Requirements are subject to change, if necessary, to comply with departments needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and diligence.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

This is a Full Time opportunity.
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $40-43/Hourly
