About the Role

Nova Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Metrology Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and characterization of novel metrology solutions for advanced process control in semiconductor manufacturing.

As a Senior Metrology Engineer, you will work closely with our design engineers, product managers, and researchers to participate in the ongoing development of our metrology solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and root cause analysis, characterizing complex optical systems, and defining system high-level requirements.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer who is passionate about technology and committed to expanding their technical skills and knowledge. If you have a strong background in engineering, physics, or a related field, and experience in the field of metrology, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate novel metrology solutions for advanced process control in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Characterize complex optical systems and define system high-level requirements
  • Work closely with design engineers, product managers, and researchers to participate in the ongoing development of our metrology solutions
  • Troubleshoot and root cause analysis of complex metrology systems

Requirements:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of metrology
  • Strong background in optics, physics, or a related field
  • Experience with MATLAB and/or Python programming
  • Good hands-on skills for HW testing and characterization
