We partner with our clients to translate their business goals into meaningful metrics, and buy media across all channels to drive those target outcomes.We are looking for a Manager, Media Strategy to join the team and work alongside data analysts, buyer scientists and channel activation teams.WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport the development of cross-channel strategy & planning for media accounts both externally and internallyDevelop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, marketing objectives and competitive constraints for the purpose of creating agency media planning outputsParticipate in writing client briefs & translating them into insights-led media strategyCollaborate with data science and channel leads who are responsible for driving campaign performance goals through the application of scientific methods and technologyRemain fully embedded in all aspects of the campaign including the planning process, through campaign execution and measurementAbility to create media landscape updates and develop media consumption insights that lead into media plan implicationsClient RelationsSupport assigned aspects of client relationshipsAccount ManagementFoster collaboration between teams; work with partner agencies (where applicable) to integrate messaging & creative campaigns into overall media campaignsSupport cross-channel budget management working with client and internal stakeholdersAssist in the development and management of timelines to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely mannerSteward planning budgets and media activity across multiple campaignsCampaign ExecutionCoordinate with buyer scientist and channel teams to map strategy with activationWHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE4+ years of media planning experience; agency experience preferredBroad knowledge of the overall media landscape, consumer behavior and media consumption with the ability to pull competitive reporting and target insights using media research/reporting resourcesCross-channel understanding of the media plan ecosystem and lifecycle from strategy to reportingCurious mindset with strong critical thinking skills needed to solve diverse business challengesExperience working with clients, vendors or suppliers with the ability to develop trusted relationshipsSuperb communication and developing presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment (internally & externally)Desire to be a hands-on multi-tasker that thrives in a fast-paced environmentA data-driven approach, leveraging insights to develop strategy and define measurementStrong proficiency in Google Suite with keen attention to detailExperience using Mediaocean, Lumina, and PrismaBasic understanding of media activation platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk, etc.SOME OF OUR PERKSUnlimited paid time off401k with company matching and no vesting periodGenerous medical planPaid parental leaveONE LAST THING TO ASK YOURSELFKnown is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against employees or qualified job applicants on the basis of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or locally protected class.The base salary for this position is $90K - $100K.
