Health and Wellness Director Opportunity at Fairwinds Redmond

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health and Wellness Director to join our team at Fairwinds Redmond. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of our independent and assisted living residents. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Health and Wellness Department and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident. Coordinate with healthcare providers and vendors to ensure seamless care delivery. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support. Establish and maintain staffing guidelines to meet the needs of our residents. Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in geriatric care and management. Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field (recommended). Nursing degree (LPN or RN) required. What We Offer:
