Requirements:

1. Proven experience as aLine Cook or similar role.

2. Knowledge ofcooking techniques and menu items.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

6. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

7. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
