The Employee Experience and Care Specialist will co-design, advise, influence, and support the *** employee care workforce practices, including overall frameworks and policies.
Leveraging signals and listening mechanisms this role will measure employee and business impacts to improve the overall employee experience and feeling of care, leading to client being an employer of choice and great place to work.
Working and partnering alongside cross functional teams, key employee moments will be improved and curated with human-centered design at the core, transitioning from functional to an integrated employee experience.
Forging close relationships and interconnecting care with current programs, in particular employee value proposition and total employee care, ensuring our brand and tone of voice is strongly present. Influencing and empowering others across functions to ensure experience and care consistency across our employee and leader populations.

· Shape and influence how the Client workforce learns, interacts, and navigates the services offered via digital and in person experiences, through core employee tasks and content.
· Human-centered design at the at the core of content, communications, and employee journeys, leveraging the global brand and design system experience principles.
· Closely partner with colleagues across functions to create, develop and maintain content which is straight forward in human language, demonstrating empathy and care in line with total the employee care and value proposition
· Reinforce and embed the Total Employee Care and Employee Value proposition through the written form and via the employee journeys of moments that truly matter, driven by evidential research (EBTS, external research and internal signals)
