The department is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, transparency, and accountability. Our mission is to ensure that all safety concerns, regulatory compliance issues, and operational hazards are identified, reported, and addressed promptly and effectively.  The Report it program is a business and technology program to allow customers to submit possible safety concerns via a mobile application. Report it works with multiple stakeholders due to the breadth of issues and resolutions required for each case submission.  A strong partnership with existing IT business systems and other technology applications with a focus on incrementally improving business capabilities and delivering value. The team partners closely with IT and external partners to work collaboratively with many stakeholders to adopt standard processes and maximize use of the Report it application technology solutions to meet business needs. Each role in this department offers immense career growth potential and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to accelerate the outcomes of our True North Strategy and deliver for our customers.Position SummaryManages aspects of program implementation and operations.  Ensures program is operating effectively.  Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives.Managing relationship with and providing direction to internal and external stakeholders.Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.Developing, measuring, and reporting on success of the Report it program.Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach appropriate customer audience at the appropriate time.Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners.Partnering with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meeting with regulators.Identifying stakeholders and communicate within and outside of PG&E.Developing and/or implementing policies and procedures.Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.  Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.Bay Minimum: $102,000
Bay Maximum: $162,000&/ORCA Minimum: $125,000
CA Maximum: $154,000This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. Job ResponsibilitiesCompletes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals.  Works independently on most issues.Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.Develops budget forecasts, conducts analysis in support of identifying budget variances and develops solutions to address.Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes data trends and recommendations and provides business insight. Identifies process improvement opportunities, and leads the implementation of such projects, working with peers to develop and improve processes.Develops and maintains metrics and data for internal and external partners. Assists in IT sprints, UI development and all application/salesforce related workDevelops job aids and guidance documents related to new or revised standards or work procedures, including providing training to Inspection Review Specialists and other affected lines of business.Manages different projects and initiatives within the program.Monitors all program KPIS and case submissions to ensure all compliance requirements are met.QualificationsMinimum:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceJob-related experience, 6 yearsDesired:Advanced knowledge of Program ManagementAbility to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.Knowledge and understanding of business drivers.Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teamsAbility to work within a Regulatory environmentAbility to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projectsKnowledge of energy industry applications to local level customers, including energy issues, customer energy efficiency applications, and general customer information.Strong IT or computer development backgroundExperience in the Report it app programAbility to navigate multiple technologies including: SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and other internal applicationsProficient in Microsoft Office Products (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)#featuredjob
