Position: Warehouse / Inventory Associate
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/HR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing goods, loading and unloading deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack goods to ensure they match the pick ticket and customer guidelines.
- Load and unload deliveries of finished goods and raw materials.
- Store goods in the appropriate section of the warehouse as directed.
- Operate a forklift truck to load, unload, put away, replenish, pick, and pack goods.
- Accurately process various transactions using warehouse management systems.
- Operate other warehousing equipment as necessary.
- Monitor product quality and report any problems to the Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Experience in the operation of warehousing equipment preferred.
- Ability to learn to operate a forklift truck.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Related work experience in warehousing and distribution preferred.
