Key Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY:


The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional multitasking abilities, and organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position based on-site, with opportunities for overtime. Candidates must be available to work full shifts and additional hours as required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


The primary role of the Warehouse Operations Coordinator is to assist the center with data entry related to inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accurate records in ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting physical counts and documenting material movements performed by the warehouse team in ServiceTitan, our dispatch and business management software.
- Entering daily warehouse and vehicle cycle counts into ServiceTitan.
- Recording all daily material movements in ServiceTitan.
- Receiving daily material deliveries through ServiceTitan.
- Monitoring equipment inventory within ServiceTitan.
- Closing out purchase orders in ServiceTitan.
- Submitting warranty and reimbursement claims for parts and equipment.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.

  • Proficient computer skills; at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Hourly Rate:
$26.00 per hour, based on experience.
