Part‑Time Executive Personal Assistant About the Role: Experienced executive in West Menlo Park seeking a highly capable personal/executive assistant to manage a diverse range of professional and personal tasks. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: Calendar management and scheduling Project prioritization and task management Financial tracking (Quicken/QuickBooks experience preferred) Travel coordination and research Document organization and filing systems Vendor management and shopping coordination General research and problem‑solving Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree preferred Previous executive/personal assistant experience strongly desired Excellent organizational and time management skills High proficiency with technology (MS Office, AI, expense software) Self‑directed with strong attention to detail Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters Own reliable laptop Details: Location: West Menlo Park home office + some remote work Schedule: Flexible, 10–20 hours/week (initially higher hours for onboarding) Compensation: $25–40/hour based on experience and qualifications To Apply: Your relevant experience Availability/start date Desired hourly rate #J-18808-Ljbffr
