OverviewVice President of Development & MarketingLocation: Arlington Heights, ILSchedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Salary: $120,000 - $140,000Clearbrook, a leading non-profit social services agency, is seeking a skilled and strategic leader to join our senior team as the Vice President of Development & Marketing. In this critical role, you will be the primary advocate for our mission, championing the needs of the individuals we serve to the wider community. You\'ll go beyond just overseeing fundraising; you\'ll mentor a team of development and marketing professionals and make a tangible difference in the quality of life for the thousands of individuals we serve.ResponsibilitiesThe role includes leading the development and marketing strategy, mentoring a team of development and marketing professionals, and advocating for the organization\'s mission to external stakeholders. The position emphasizes fundraising leadership with a focus on impact and collaboration across departments.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.A minimum of five years of fundraising experience, preferably in a non-profit environment (e.g., event planning, communications/marketing, development).Proven, successful experience in a supervisory role with the ability to motivate a team.Demonstrable experience in development, public relations, marketing, and volunteer management.Excellent social, verbal, and writing skills.A strong, focused orientation on goal attainment and the ability to multi-task.Preferred:Master’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Business.Experience with donor database management and/or CRM systems (e.g., Raiser\'s Edge, Salesforce).Full Time Benefits PackageGroup term life insurance and long-term disability insurance (fully paid for by Clearbrook)Health insuranceOptional dental, short-term disability, and critical illness and accident insurance403(b) retirement savings plus company contributionsPaid sick daysPaid holidaysPaid vacationOpportunities for training and referral bonusesAnd MOREWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). #J-18808-Ljbffr
