Education: Required - Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certification is required.

Experience: Required - 5+ years of project/program management experience working with Workday projects, including cross-functional experience with HR implementations of Workday. Must have experience with Jira & Confluence.

Position Requirements and Critical Action Items:

1. Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives/projects that support the Human Resources business and IT teams.
2. Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
3. Ability to identify best methodologies for a project (Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid) with the ability to manage within those guidelines.
4. Establish and maintain productive relationships with third parties/vendors and positive working relationships with Affiliate and HR Business counterparts.
5. Create and deliver project/program level documentation – ensure documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
6. Successfully manage the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
7. Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
8. Present project updates, project lifecycle, and expected results to stakeholders.
9. Manage project scope and changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and required change logs applied to all changes.
10. Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
11. Conduct Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Retrospectives creating Lessons Learned to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
12. Seek feedback regularly to ensure processes and procedures are well understood and/or updated appropriately.

Requirements:
1. Ability to thrive in a rapid-response industry, supporting multiple clients with differing business needs.
2. Experience with PM tools such as Jira and Confluence required and Smartsheet, Project, Visio, Whiteboard, MS Teams, MS 365, etc. preferred
3. Ability to both Lead and be a Team Member and knowing when to apply which skill.
4. Stakeholder and IT (Information Technology) Change Management experience.
5. Risk Management experience.
6. Ability to manage and/or change customer expectations while keeping them motivated and involved.
