OverviewJoin to apply for the Sales Director - Payments role at Euna SolutionsThe Sales Director’s primary role is to drive net new sales of Euna Payments by leading a team of Account Executives & Senior Account Executives to prospect and close new opportunities. This is a highly visible and critical role requiring strong leadership. You will help lead growth strategy with the VP, Sales, and work with direct reports to develop and execute robust territory plans. You will ensure high levels of team activity and adherence to key performance measures.What You’ll DoLead and support a team of Senior Account Executives across the U.S.Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies for designated verticals, including identifying new lead generation activities and channels.Support direct reports through joint participation on sales calls. Become a subject matter expert for Euna Payments products and services.Guide the team in preparing pricing proposals – review and approve all proposals before presenting to prospect clients.Assist the team by engaging other departments for support as required (Project Management, Professional Services, Product Development).Mentor, coach and develop direct reports towards success in their roles.Manage performance and drive accountability through monitoring and reporting of KPIs.Ensure all sales activities are tracked in Salesforce accurately and timely. Take responsibility for forecast accuracy.Facilitate organizational communications – keep the team informed about company news and coordinate with other departments/teams.Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and celebrate successes.Education and ExperienceMinimum 5 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of leading others to achieve and exceed targets.Minimum 5 years of experience in a direct selling role.Experience selling a payment processing solution strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in a related field.SkillsStrong passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports.Experience selling software solutions strongly preferred.Experience selling into State and Local Governments strongly preferred.Experience selling in US markets strongly preferred.Experience with grants management, finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus.Ability to relate to diverse individuals across positions from C-level to analyst.Key Working RelationshipsCollaborate with the VP, Sales and the Director of Marketing to set overall strategy for each vertical.Coordinate with Project Managers, Professional Services and Software Developers on customer implementation and integration plans.Provide customer feedback to relevant channels to inform product and service improvements.Location & TravelThe ideal candidate lives in the Atlanta area, but remote candidates are welcome to apply.
