Pump.co is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and launches that fuel awareness, adoption, and revenue. This is a high-impact, cross‑functional role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales — ideal for someone who loves translating complex features into clear, compelling stories.If you're equal parts storyteller and strategist, and you thrive in fast‑paced environments where your work directly shapes user experience and growth — we’d love to meet you.What you’ll do:Own product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy across all channelsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to deeply understand our platform and translate features into customer benefitsWrite and publish high‑quality content including blogs, landing pages, customer case studies, product updates, and email campaignsLead SEO strategy and execution to increase inbound traffic and organic visibilityManage external PR efforts to grow brand awareness in tech and startup mediaPlan and execute field and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, and customer roundtablesPartner with the sales team to create collateral, one‑pagers, and pitch decks that align with buyer personasTrack and report key product marketing KPIs including campaign performance, traffic, engagement, and conversionsBe the voice of the customer — conduct market and competitor research to help shape positioning and inform product decisionsCollaborate with the demand gen team to align messaging across paid and organic campaignsYou should have:3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer toolsProven experience with SEO, PR outreach, content marketing, and event strategyExcellent writing and storytelling skills — you can distill complex ideas into clear, digestible messagingFamiliarity with platforms like Twilio and Courier (or similar communication APIs) and comfort marketing technical productsStrong project management skills and the ability to drive cross‑functional alignmentData‑driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similarComfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, startup environmentAble to work 5 days a week onsite in our San Francisco officeComprehensive healthcare and dental coverage for you401(k) planGenerous PTO: 13 accrued days, plus company shutdown December 24—January 1stFree lunch & dinner at the officeAnnual company‑paid retreatsDevelopmental bonuses: support for professional development opportunities tied to cloud and related fieldsCompensation:$75,000-$120,000 USDSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
