Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Are you a motivated and results-driven automotive professional looking to lead a high-performing team?
MacMulkin Chevrolet-Cadillac, New Hampshire's #1 Volume Chevrolet and Cadillac Dealer, is seeking a dynamic Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our growing management team.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a pre-owned inventory of approximately 200 vehicles.

Develop and implement effective advertising strategies across our websites, third-party lead providers, and other relevant channels.
-
Set ambitious sales goals, track team performance, and provide leadership to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Lead a team of sales professionals in prospecting for new customers and cultivating strong relationships.
-
Demonstrate exceptional sales skills, including the ability to overcome objections, close deals, and effectively navigate the entire sales process.

Provide ongoing training, support, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance and drive success.

Collaborate with the team to close deals and achieve maximum profitability.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role within the automotive industry or a track record of exceptional sales performance.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in using dealership management systems and CRM tools.
