We seek a leader who:

Possesses a Master of Science in Social Work or Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or similar degree and holds an active licensure in the state of Illinois including LCPC, or LCSW.
Boasts a minimum of 5 years of experience guiding and supervising clinicians in treating mental health conditions.
Demonstrates proven expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities like CBT.
Exhibits exceptional leadership and team-building skills, fostering a collaborative and motivated atmosphere.
Possesses strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills, along with an unwavering commitment to ethical practice.
Embraces a client-centered approach, prioritizing cultural competence and continuous learning.
