Cost-OS, LLC is a leading software company specializing in providing best-of-breed construction cost estimating solutions to a rapidly expanding industry. As implementation professionals, we specialize in helping our clients customize cost databases, assemblies, summaries, and reports to fit their needs.


As a Cost-OS Software Implementation & Support Analyst, you will work directly with clients to answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of our software platform. Essential job functions include application support and technical troubleshooting, all with a customer-centric focus. The analyst will be responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and support for interfaces between applications. The analyst will also extract data, create, format, and run custom reports, or perform specific analytical functions using the application.


Responsibilities

·        Become a master of the CostOS application in order to understand back-end requirements.

·        Work independently and manage time to deliver customer requests by a targeted date.

·        Create queries to find and group data.

·        Create and modify SQL reports and report templates.

·        Troubleshoot issues reported by users to correct defects.

·        Support customers with implementation, report writing, and SQL customization.


Qualifications

·        College degree preferred.

·        Strong understanding of querying language.

·        Ability to work independently.

·        Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.

·        Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

·        Preferred: Knowledge of SQL reporting (Jaspersoft iReport, Crystal, SSRS, etc.) and Experience with dashboard design tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
