We focus on tailor-made touring, leisure groups, and transfers throughout Asia and the Americas. We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and grow our North America business. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships, win new business, drive account growth, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly 1-1s with team members to ensure budgets and sales performance are on track. Conduct quarterly development meetings to ensure personnel development and feedback are communicated and addressed. Establish productive, professional relationships with key team members within our partners' business. Be the main point of contact for overseeing and owning each level of the partnership, ensuring high service standards. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients and grow business partnerships. Identify road blockers preventing business growth and negotiate suitable working solutions. Write and update service level agreements for partners. Serve as escalation point for client service delivery issues. Run all client meetings with a clear agenda and vision. Create a clear timeline for partnership growth. Onboard new partners smoothly. Monitor account performance and report to partners on commercial targets. Identify new sales opportunities within existing and new destinations. Lead the contracting process for new and existing business. Ensure records and opportunities are tracked in accordance with best practices. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management in the travel industry. Proven track record in growing accounts and customer retention. Fluent in written and spoken English. Outstanding sales skills and relationship management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage. Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks. Willing to travel domestically and internationally. Work Perks Paid Time Off, including vacation, sick, personal, and diversity days.
