Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position offering competitive compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including A $5,000 signing bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Kia vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment
- Complete accurate and timely repairs based on dealership and manufacturer standards
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates for repairs
- Keep accurate records of all service and repair work performed
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- ASE certifications preferred
- Must have own tools and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
