- Extensive expertise in Communication Manager, System Manager, Session Manager, Aura Messaging, Session Border Controller, Device Services, Diagnostic Services., G450/430s, Media-Servers and remote worker solutions.
- Well-versed in IX Workplace and other SIP-related soft clients as well as Physical Devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration utilizing Direct Routing to Avaya SBC.
- Strong knowledge of most Linux distributions.
- In-depth knowledge of SIP, PRI, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent programming and troubleshooting skills, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Investigate and resolve network issues related to Avaya systems, including call quality, connectivity, and performance problems.
- Monitor performance and proactively address potential issues or bottlenecks.
