Job Summary

Novant Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Advance Practice Provider on our Psychiatry Consult Liaison Team at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. This position will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients facing psychiatric challenges. This team member will be intergral to providing comprehensive psychiatric care to hospitalized patients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's Degree required
  • Experience: One to three years relevant experience preferred
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current NP or PA required
  • Current BLS and Current DEA registry required
  • CPI Certification within three months of hire preferred
  • Additional Skills Required: Ability to care for Behavioral Health age specific patients within the facility. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
