The Technical Publications Process Planner job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a HS Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and parts drawings (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Aviation experience and/or A&P Certification (preferred)

What’s a typical day like as a Technical Publications Process Planner?
  • You’ll be creating and maintaining concise process/work instructions for disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing functions for aircraft engines, based on technical manuals provided by the manufacturer
  • You’ll also ensure that the work instructions are updated when the manufacturer revises the technical manuals and when other relevant documents are revised
  • Also responsible for additional miscellaneous duties associated with the position such as attending staff meetings, providing status and metric updates, supporting new incoming engine models, etc.
