We are currently seeking an Account Manager for a corporate campus in Deerfield. Professional appearance and ability to demonstrate superior customer service is a must. Experienced security leader that will supervise a team of security officers. Manages the day-to-day operations of the corporate campus.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in corrections, law enforcement, military security, armed or unarmed guard/officer experience or other related fields.

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Minimium 1 year as Account Manager
  • Minimum 3 years as Security Supervisor
  • Current Security D License
  • Current FL Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and a cell phone
  • Open to Any Scheduling 24/7
  • Fluency in English
  • Be drug free and submit to a pre-employment drug test. We are a Drug-Free Workplace

  • Ability to respond effectively to Emergency Situations, as well as to train and conduct effective emergency drills followed by useful and appropriate critique
  • Knowledge of Security methods and procedures including: Investigation, Gathering and Preservation of Evidence

Account Manager Responsibilities to include:

  • Providing leadership and supervision; managing multiple systems and operations; ensures delivery of quality services; manages operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service and enhance teamwork.
  • Account Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action as necessary.
  • Account Manager meets regularly with management for status, updates, and addresses any actual or potential challenges, carries out planning, scheduling, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates operating procedures.
  • Account Manager orient, train, and develop high caliber staff; plan, assign, and direct work; coach employees to enhance skills; carry out disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Account Manager ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet requirements while controlling costs and minimizing non-billable over-time; reviews reports to ensure procedures and directions have been followed.
