Our work depends on a Remote Based **Program Analyst /Data Analyst (Health Services** ) supporting the **Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Qualified Health Plan (QHP)** program. This role provides daily monitoring and task progress reporting for the administration of the **Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Qualified Health Plan (QHP)** Enrollee Survey used to assess the quality of the enrollees’ experience with their QHPs around such areas as access to care, access to information, care coordination, cultural competence, doctor communication, and plan administration **This is remote based role; Candidates must live in the United States.** **In this role, a typical day will include:** + Provide CMS Enterprise ServiceNow ticket support, timely response, and inquiry reports to the client. + Provide support for development of training materials for data submission procedures, quality controls for data completeness, accurate capture and checks for internal file processing or data coding operations errors. + Provide vendors with support for data submission processes, including data file specifications, clarifications to data coding, specifications, or submission rules (new fields, valid values, data definitions), and file transfer protocol (FTP) processes. + Update documentation for websites, training materials, and support progress reporting to the client. + Manage CMS Enterprise ServiceNow tickets and provide timely response/support, navigate inquiries, and support client reporting needs. + Develop/update training materials for data submission procedures, quality controls for data completeness, accurate capture and checks for internal file processing or data coding operations errors, data submission process, including data file specifications, clarifications to data coding, specifications, or submission rules (new fields, valid values, data definitions), and file transfer protocol (FTP) processes. + Update documentation for websites, training materials. + Manage daily tasks across the team and provide status reporting to the client. + **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:** + BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience + Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program. + Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. + Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. + Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements. + US Citizen/Permanent Resident + Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience training on data submission procedures, quality controls for data completeness, accurate capture and checks for internal file processing or data coding operations errors; data submission process, including data file specifications, clarifications to data coding, specifications, or submission rules (new fields, valid values, data definitions), file transfer protocol (FTP) processes + Experience with updating documentation for websites, training materials + Experience providing project updates to partners/government **WHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOU:** + 401K with company match + Customizable health benefits packages + Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career + Challenging work that makes a real impact on the world around you + Full-flex work week \#GDITFedHealthJobs COVID-19 Vaccination: GDIT does not have a vaccination mandate applicable to all employees.
