That's why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience developing program plans, work breakdown structures, staffing plans, financial documentation, quality assurance plans and procedures, point papers, status reports, and situation reports
• Experience supporting the federal government to develop process improvement strategies to increase overall team efficiencies
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and Outlook, including configuration and data management and leveraging policies, practices, tools, and procedures
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with engineers, scientists, analysts, and other SMEs who may be in geographically dispersed locations, mitigating or resolving conflicts, enhancing collaboration, and executing tasking
• Experience with event management and logistics
• Experience with technical writing and editing
• Ability to capture, analyze, and measure key performance indicators, objectives, and result-driven data to inform productivity or efficiency goals
• Ability to learn and implement Quality Control procedures in accordance with ISO-9001 standards
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in laser or EO systems development, testing, and technical documentation
• Experience tracking the completion of project requirements, including technical status meetings and monthly status reports within the planned scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience in DoD programs and executing across the entire project management lifecycle
• Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
• Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
